SkillGrid Systems Ltd provides advanced systems administration, networking, and endpoint security training programs. Our services include technical assessments, remote lab access, instructional modules, and related educational materials.

2. User Obligations

By accessing our website and utilizing our training environments, you agree to use our systems solely for educational purposes. Any attempt to misuse the provided lab environments, conduct unauthorized penetration testing outside of designated target ranges, or distribute our proprietary training materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All training documentation, lab topologies, assessment frameworks, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of SkillGrid Systems Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access these materials during your enrolled term.

4. Payment and Enrollment Terms

Invoices for training programs are provided upon successful assessment and mutual agreement. Payment must be cleared prior to lab provisioning. All fees are denoted in GBP. Late payments may result in immediate suspension of lab access.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillGrid Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our training programs or use of our website. The skills taught are intended for professional use; you are responsible for the legal application of these skills within your respective employment environments.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Our educational services and simulated lab environments are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to replicate enterprise realities accurately, we offer no absolute guarantees regarding employment outcomes or perfect system uptime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our systems without refund if a user violates these terms. Users may cancel their enrollment subject to the refund policies provided at the time of invoicing.
